Ms. Thornton

My name is Nichole Thornton, and I am excited to be the Title I Coordinator at James A. Foshay Learning Center for the 2024-2025 school year! I have sixteen years of experience as an educator.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I also hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and I am currently finishing up my Doctorate in Leadership with a focus on Instructional Technology.

As a passionate leader, I have operated in different roles such as Grade Level Chair, Humanizing Education for Equitable Transformation (H.E.E.T) Designee as well as the Standard English Learner Teacher Advisor. As your new Title I Coordinator, I look forward to contributing to the continued success of James A. Foshay Learning Center.
