Hello to the 2015-2016 running season!
SRLA is an afterschool mentoring program that trains students to run the Los Angeles Marathon. The program is designed to help students learn how to reach long-term goals. We focus on the four C's: Commitment, Consistency, Courage and Contact. Through these four tenants students begin to recognize how marathon training can effect their other life goals.
Our practice schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00 - 5:30. In November, we will add Saturday practices at 6:45 am - ? The end times will vary depending on our distance.
