Hello Foshay Learning Center Families,

I am Mr. Joel McKimson and I’m so excited to be your new APEIS for the Elementary School campus. I have been an APEIS for 3 years now. I have been working with students with special needs and their families since 2002. My goal is to uphold a successful loving and nurturing learning environment for your children. I am looking forward to working with you all. This is going to be an exciting year for us all.
