HS Students please buy your homecoming dance tickets on Monday, November 6th during the “flash sale” for $40 dollars. Tickets will increase to $50, on Tuesday, November 7th through 9th, for the event at Casa Vertigo (1828 Oak St, Los Angeles, CA 90018) from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. No tickets will be sold at the door. Please go to the Student Store to purchase your tickets. You may bring guests from other schools, as long as you have a completed “Guest Pass” on file with Ms. Lopez (AP) or Ms. Nyandemoh (Financial Manager). Thank you. (Nyandemoh, 11/17)

The Multicultural Visit Program (MVP) is an excellent opportunity for interested high school seniors of underrepresented backgrounds to visit Oxy’s campus from Thursday, November 10th to Saturday, November 12th; housing and meals are included. HS Students who are interested in Winter Season sports, please make sure that your athletic paperwork and physical clearance is completed and submitted to Mr. Stahura, before trying out, or attending practice. If you are interested in Boys/Girls Soccer or Boys/Girls Basketball, please come by Room H19 at nutrition or lunch to get the forms. You must have a physical completed within one year, in order to participate in any sport. (Stahura, 10/27)
